There has been some nasty sicknesses going around here in Florida the past week or so. Luckily, we had our thieves, RC, and some other essential oils to help keep our immunity up and not feeling as yucky as some others have been reporting.
The oils did the job, as far as keeping me from the full blown yuckies, but I knew I needed something in the nutritional realm. This need was answered. Yesterday, I woke up to my husband having made a pot of homemade soup with cabbage, onions, and garlic in it!
I was excited to see that there were garlic and onions in it. Garlic, seems to be an AMAZING natural way to fight bacteria and increase immunity. It is even reported to fight off and kill all those intestinal parasites in the stomach!
