Hey! I’ve been asked to get more disciplined and start writing down recipes. I am giving out free recipes that will help heal the gut for you, my friends.
Sad thing many are beginning to realize is that a LOT of illness is from gut dysbiosis, leaky gut, poor gut health. There is a brain and gut connection and Oh, we know about that in our house. One of our children has PANDAS and if you have had a child with this, you would know how dehabilitating toxins, and certain food choices can become. It’s autoimmune and many autoimmune disorders come along with the leaky gut aspect. So guess what? You gotta eat right, we all do. It’s for the kids. It’s for you and your future.
Also, I’ve taken care to add nutmeg essential oil. Nutmeg just happens to be a good oil for your digestive and adrenal health:) If you know the power of essential oils you’ll be excited about that!
Ok enough now, I hate it when people go on and on for centuries for a dang recipe so here it is!
This Coconut Flour Banana Bread recipe is:
Course: Breakfast or snack
Calories: 70 kcal
6 very ripe bananas
1 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup honey or dry sweetner of choice
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 drops of Young Living nutmeg essential oil. PLEASE do not attempt to use any other oil unless you know it’s for certain, undoubtedly a PURE oil. Many labels lie.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF and lightley grease a 9-inch by 5-inch loaf pan or use parchment paper
In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Then mix the rest of the ingredients and blend them well
Pour the batter into the 2 lined loaf pans and bake until you see some cracks and toothpicks come out dry for about 45-50 minutes.
