Nutrition is really everything when it comes to your health. I tend to feed my family things that are spicy and full of flavor and vegetables for dinner. My latest thing I’ve made has helped my family stay healthier during the cold and flu season where temperature has been going up and down from rainy to snowy in even one day. It’s jammed packed with organic meat and vegetables. Completely delish! Hope you enjoy!
1.25 pounds of organic hamburger meat
4-5 tomatoes-cut up
6 large carrots-cut up
3-4 cans of beans of choice (I used black, white, and kidney beans!)
1.5 tablespoons turmeric
1.5 tablespoons cumin
10-13 cloves of garlic-chopped
1 Tablespoon Black sea salt
1 very large onion (I like sweet or vidalia the best!)-cut up
2 dried red chilli peppers cut up/crushed (or can use a tbspoon of chilli powder)
Laurel’s olive oil/vinegar dressing
1 tsp sage
Salt and pepper to taste (add to meat night before…so I guess don’t taste 😉 )
Mix all these ingredients in crockpot night before morning of cooking.
Put on low for 8 hours (or more if needed). ENJOY!
