When you become a mother, you start doing things people think you are crazy for. Like looking at labels more carefully than ever before. You know that yogurt in the store you used to snack on as a kid? Come to find out it’s not all that healthy after all. Refined sugars, food dyes, carrageenen, and the list goes on. NOT what I wanna put in my baby!
Don’t worry there are simple solutions! My toddler LOVES this recipe I made up this morning. And as a promise to myself and to help others with a healthy lifestyle I am blogging more of what we do here in this house! Banana Creme Pie Parfait
1 cup of greek yogurt (look at what I chose I posted pics below!) LESS INGREDIENTS equals SAFER CHOICE! I think organic is better too but we are not perfect in this house 😉
Spoonful of raw honey
dash of organic cinammon
smashed up banana
Organic vanilla extract (1/2 teaspoon)
