Lemon Essential oil Wild Caught Salmon


Extremely healthy and delicious, you will find yourself wanting to fill your plate again with this amazing way to eat Salmon!


1 Salmon Filet

6 drops of young living lemon essential oil (if you need help getting this fill the form below!)

Sea salt and pepper to taste

4-5 tablespoons of olive oil


Drizzle some oil on cast iron and preheat

Cook Salmon fully and flip halfway through

Put salt and pepper (to taste), lemon oil, and olive oil in same bowl

Let Salmon cool for a minute

Either drizzle or brush on the oil mix on each piece and serve!
